Notice on Scholarship Account Registration
As the scholarship payment for the 2nd semester of 2025 is approaching, students who have not yet registered their bank account information may not be able to receive the payment.
Please carefully read the following guidelines and make sure to register your account information within the deadline if you are eligible for scholarships.
1. Mandatory Requirements for Account Registration
- To receive a scholarship, it is mandatory to register a bank account under your own name.
- If the account holder’s name is written in English letters (romanized form), account registration will not be accepted.
- You must register an active personal deposit/withdrawal account (some accounts such as Kakao Mini Accounts are not eligible).
- Students who have legally changed their name must register an account whose holder name is identical to the name recorded in the KUPID academic system.
2. Recommended Early Registration
- Even if you are not receiving a scholarship in this semester, you may be selected as a scholarship recipient in the future, so it is strongly recommended to register your account in advance.
- If your account information is not registered before the scholarship payment, the payment may be delayed or omitted.
3. How to Register
- Login to KUPID → Portal (Registration/Graduation) → University Registration → Edit University Registration → Scroll down to the bottom and enter your “Bank Account Number.”

4. Important Notes
- The account holder’s name must be identical to the name registered in University Registration.
- When entering your account number, do not leave spaces.
Example: 140290000000 (✔) / 140 290 000000 (✘)
- International students must register a bank account with the account holder’s name identical to their Korean name registered in the academic system.
- If you need to modify the registered account information, please contact your college administrative office.
