2. Tuition Fees: 1 credit: 107,900 won/2 credits: 215,800 won/3 credits: 323,700 won

4. Course Registration
a. Eligibility: Enrolled and leave-of-absence students of Korea University/Students from other universities participating in credit exchange programs
b. Method: Access the course registration system at http://sugang.korea.ac.kr
c. Login Information:
1) Korea University students: Student ID – password
2) Credit exchange students: Temporary KU ID – last 7 digits of resident registration number
d. Course Opening Standard: According to Chapter 4 Course Cancellation of the Detailed Rules for Curriculum Implementation and Management.
e. Credits and Grade Recognition:
1) in accordance with Article 49, Paragraph 1 of the Academic Affairs Regulations, up to 9 credits may be earned (including international summer/winter terms)
2) Grades are managed under ‘Seasonal Term’ and are included in the GPA
3) Students on leave cannot graduate (August/ February of the following year) immediately after taking seasonal term courses
4) Important Notes:
- Refunds will not be issued for personal reasons once registration is confirmed. Registration or course correction is not allowed outside the designated period.
- Field training courses: up to 18 credits (including regular semesters). Physical education electives: up to 3 credits total
- Unpaid tuition results in automatic cancellation of registration. After the withdrawal deadline, no changes or cancellations are permitted.
- Only one re-enrollment is permitted for courses previously taken at Sejong Campus (from Spring 2016 onward).
f. Courses requiring prerequisites can only be registered once the prerequisite grades are finalized. Students currently taking a prerequisite cannot register for the subsequent course during the winter term.
g. Courses with unconfirmed grades at the time of registration cannot be retaken in the seasonal term.
5. Registration Payment: Tuition must be paid via account transfer to a Hana Bank virtual account (separate virtual account per course).
6. Course Cancellation: Announcements will be posted on the KU Portal on December 4 (Thu)
(Students affected by cancellations may reapply on December 9 (Tue))
7. Course Withdrawal: If you wish to cancel your course registration after paying the tuition, you may receive a refund according to the cancellation period specified below. (Cancellations, withdrawals, or changes are not permitted outside the designated periods)

※ Withdraw via KUPID → Courses → Course Registration → ‘Withdraw from Seasonal Term Courses.’ (Refunds will be made within two weeks after the end of each withdrawal period to the bank account registered in your academic record. Please ensure your account information is correct to avoid delays.)
※ Withdrawal requests during weekends may not be processed promptly due to system limitations; it is recommended to submit withdrawal requests on weekdays. (Refund disadvantages caused by system errors will not be compensated)
