In accordance with Article 35 of the University Regulations (Convergence Major), Chapter 6, Section 2, Subsection 2 of the Academic Affairs Operation Rules (Convergence Major), and the Convergence Major Operation Guidelines

A Convergence Major is a program that allows students to combine two or more departments (or academic disciplines) or integrate multiple subjects around a central theme while pursuing their first major. B.     The evaluation of documents will be based on the total GPA (including F grades) of all courses completed up to the previous semester.

2. Eligibility

A.    Students who wish to pursue a Convergence Major may apply from their third semester (students who have not yet been assigned a first major are not eligible to apply) onward in the designated period. (Students who take a leave of absence after acceptance (during the semester) will have their admission canceled or withdrawn)

<Academic enrollment periods: 1st semester (March 1 – July 31), 2nd semester (September 1 – January 31 (following year))>

<Students cannot take a leave of absence during the application semester; however, a leave is permitted from the following semester (the semester of entry)>
