1. Recruitment Details

A. Eligibility and Number of Participants

1)     Eligible Applicants: Undergraduate students enrolled at Sejong Campus who can participate for at least two semesters

2)     Number of Positions: To be determined

3)     Not eligible: Students on leave of absence, students who have completed coursework, students exceeding the standard number of semesters, and students on graduation deferment

 

B. Recruitment Schedule

1)     1st Round Application Submission: August 11, 2025 (Mon) – August 20, 2025 (Wed)

2)     Announcement of Document Screening Results: August 21, 2025 (Thu)

3)     2nd Round Interview: August 22, 2025 (Fri) (mandatory attendance)

4)     Final Results: Successful applicants will be notified individually

 

C. Selection Criteria

1)     Preference given to students with strong English proficiency

2)     Preference given to applicants with experience in social media activities and skills in image·video editing

 

2. KUS-Buddy Activities

A. Period of Activity: 2025 Fall Semester

 

B. Main Roles

1)     Assisting international exchange students with adapting to campus life

2)     Responding to inquiries from international exchange students

3)     Supporting events and administrative tasks for international exchange students

 

C. Benefits

1)     Program scholarship upon successful completion.

2)     Extra points awarded when applying for overseas exchange student programs

 

3. Application Process

A.    Fill out the attached application form and submit it via email to the Fundraising Team (thinkglobal@korea.ac.kr)

  1. Email subject line: KUS-BUDDY Application_○○○(Applicant’s Name)
  2. Submit a valid official foreign language test score report in PDF format (only if applicable)
