Notice for Midterm Course Feedback Survey for Improvement

1. 自2021学年第一学期起，为了改进当学期的授课运营，学校将在开学后的前半学期内实施期中授课评价（课程反馈问卷）。

To improve course operation for the semester, a midterm course evaluation (feedback survey) will be conducted before half of the semester, starting from the first semester of 2021.

2.期中授课评价（课程反馈问卷）对象课程：2025学年第二学期本科课程

Courses eligible for the midterm evaluation: Undergraduate courses for the 2025 fall semester.

3.学生期中授课评价（课程反馈问卷）的参与时间与方式

·       调查时间：2025年10月16日（星期四）10:00 至 2025年10月22日（星期三）23:00

·       参与方式：登录LMS系统后，将显示尚未参与的问卷列表

 

Student midterm evaluation period and method:

    - Evaluation period: October 16, 2025 (Thu) 10:00 - October 22, 2025 (Wed) 23:00

    - Method: LMS → Unanswered surveys appear at login

4.期中授课评价（课程反馈问卷）题目：开放式问答，共两题

·       请写下您认为本课程中优秀或印象深刻的方面。

·       如果您认为本课程中有需要改进的地方，也请写下您的意见。

Midterm evaluation survey questions: Two open-ended questions

    - What was good or impressive about this course?

    - What could be improved about this course?

5.教师查询期中授课评价（课程反馈问卷）结果查询时间：
自2025年10月30日（星期四）10:00起可查看

Faculty midterm evaluation results viewing period: After October 30, 2025 (Thu) 10:00

6.学生填写的授课评价（课程反馈问卷）内容将以匿名方式处理，系统会随机排序，确保系统管理员及授课教师无法识别具体是哪位学生所填写的内容。

Student feedback will be processed anonymously and displayed in a random order, ensuring that neither system administrators nor faculty can identify students who submitted specific feedback.

7.为了使期中授课评价制度真正发挥作用、有效促进课程运营的改善，恳请各位学生积极参与此次问卷调查。

We encourage all students to actively participate in the midterm evaluation system to help improve course operations.
